AN EVOLVING EXPERIENCE

The menus at Isaac At are inspired by the agricultural bounty of the Sussex Downs and beyond. Through our insanely obsessive passion for cooking and the search for quality ingredients, we wish to create an environment where our knowledge can continuously grow. Our aim is not to be scared to experiment in our constant drive to learn and gain culinary knowledge. It is a journey for us and we want to take you with us. Watch us, talk to us and gain sustenance and pleasure from the food. There is no arriving at a culinary destination at Isaac-At, this will always be an ever-evolving work in progress.
