Lut’s B&B is run in a beautiful 300year old listed, renovated farmhouse, nestling in acres of Lincolnshire fields. You get an ‘in the middle of nowhere feeling’ but you only are 5 miles from the centre of historic Lincoln and 2 miles from the A46. We poured great care in giving a fresh feel to our special place but kept the character with original features and paid attention to every detail. Our two double bedrooms (one en suite) have well-dressed beds and fresh flowers (hop up to the attic for the single). Bathrooms with good quality showers are spotless. Outstanding Anglo-Belgian breakfasts are plentiful and eaten at one large table with garden view watching the wildlife. Relax in our inviting sitting room where you can watch TV, read a book, play a game….or enjoy the log fire on cold evenings. In Summertime our huge beautiful garden is the place to have a rest. Our farmhouse with a livery yard is away from the street and always has got free parking for your car/van. Homemade Veggie meals can be prepared depending on availability. Lut (Belgian) and my husband Bruce make sure your stay will be an experience to remember.
