WHO BEHIND PPG?
Mac Ezekiel, a thriving property investor with expertise in Rent-to-Rent HMOs, Serviced Accommodation, and Buy-to-Lets (BTL), embarked on his property journey after excelling in both academics and professional career in IT. Motivated by the realization that a conventional 9-5 job wouldn’t fulfill his ambitions, Mac was inspired by Robert Kiyosaki’s “Rich Dad Poor Dad,” had decided to venture into Real Estate.
In 2016, Mac brought his 1st property at the age 23 where a thought came to mind sparking a vision of achieving his goals through passive income in real estate. Another 6 months later, he brought his 2nd property but years after struggling to raise money to purchase his 3rd property is when he decided to find another avenue to generate passive income that requires a fraction of the BTL investment.
In 2019, he founded PPG employing a creative business model that rapidly expanded his property portfolio, generating diverse cash flows to support his family. Under Mac’s guidance, PPG evolved into a property management company, achieving a turnover of over a quarter of a million pounds through Rent-to-Rents.
Now, Mac’s vision extends to elevating PPG into a million-pound organization and venturing into property development projects in both the UK and Africa. Known for his fairness, passion, and commitment to client value, Mac is a trustworthy investor who prioritizes his clients’ expectations.
