Everything has been very terrific. The house was clean and organized. The backyard of the house is cute and delightful. Will totally pay another visit when I get a chance.

Great place and very lovely host. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Travelling as a business trip, 3 people over 3 nights / 4 days was very easy and with 3 bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms upstairs and another 2 double bedrooms downstairs, it was very easy to keep professional privacy in the same house.

all round perfect stay , showers were great and convenient, great parking spaces, and nice clean house with everything you would need

The house was like a home away from home. We went out on the Friday night and never left the house till Sunday, yes it was that comfortable. Big size TV in every bedroom upstairs black out curtains carpets the heating was spot on. the bathrooms were spectacular and the beds OMG soooo comfortable "that's key for me" Very easy to get into the house and very clear instructions on how to get there they were always communicating through the app and email and we got the code 2 hours before our check in time very professional service i would recommend 100%

Aspen House is a large house with good facilities in a great location with ample off road parking. This was a perfect base for our weekend visiting a 2 day show at the NEC. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants close by. Communication with Snuz was excellent throughout the weekend. We had one issue which was dealt with quickly and our hosts went the distance to make sure we were looked after and we really appreciated it. I can highly recommend Aspen House and Snuz Living to other guests. Thanks again Snuz!

Conveniently located for the NEC or central Birmingham, the house is clean, well appointed with parking for a couple of cars. We will be booking again soon.

Everything was really good from start ti end. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely use again if I make another trip to the uk

Fantastic property with great parking and only 7 miles from the NEC. Everything was new and clean so the perfect home from home accommodation. M&S and Morrisons just around the corner so easy to stock up for dinner and breakfast. We will be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Aspen House. It was very clean and comfortable. We were there for the Commonwealth games. Property was close to NEC ( 10 minutes drives) and walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarket. Public transport is also near by. Host responded to our messages instantly. We had a small problem with door bell which was fixed immediately. The only negative thing is it has a very small living areas which is only good for four people. Everything else is excellent. It was not a big thing for us. Thank you for your hospitality. I would gladly stay at Aspen house again. Amir
