Llerena was born from a vision shared by the three Torres siblings—an idea to bring the essence of Extremadura’s cuisine and the finest products from the dehesa to London.
Their story begins in Llerena, a small town where their family has dedicated over three generations to perfecting the art of Iberian pork production through Jamón y Salud. Growing up among holm oaks, they witnessed firsthand the care and craftsmanship behind every cut of jamón ibérico, every carefully cured meat, and every traditional recipe passed down through time.
The heart of this dream lies in childhood memories—Sundays at the cortijo, where family and friends gathered around long wooden tables, the air filled with the scent of slow-cooked meats, rustic stews, and freshly baked bread. Food was never just food; it was a way of life, a celebration of togetherness.
