Our restaurant

Port Hotel is situated on the Eastbourne seafront and boasts a modern restaurant that serves up a delicious lunch & dinner on Friday and Saturday, and a roast on Sunday, all in partnership with Guest Chef Loic Williams. These menus celebrates the best of Sussex and the surrounds.. Throughout the week, and weekend, Port is the place to come for a breakfast with a view with a continental breakfast spread that includes all the favourites. Port Eastbourne’s restaurant is a place to relax with friends and family, enjoy fantastic food, delicious drinks and lap up our incredible sea views.

You’ll find a changing display of art exhibited in the space from local artists. Our connection to art and creativity is a reflection of Eastbourne’s flourishing art scene, spearheaded by the award-winning Towner Gallery.

Please note we no longer offer mid-week Lunch or Dinner menus. For hotel guests we can recommend some fantastic local restaurants.

Tuck into a delicious Sunday Roast at Port, brought to you by Guest Chef Loic Williams. Expect the finest Sussex wagyu beef rump, Arlington corn-fed chicken breast and Autumnal vege pie with all the trimmings - making sure you leave room for some world-renowned Hungry Monk banoffee pie.

Lunch at Port

Guest Chef Loic Williams continues his residency at Port where he dishes up a delicious lunch menu, packed full of all your favourites. Using the finest local ingredients, lunch with Loic includes Arlington fried chicken strip burger, lobster roll, seasonal vegetarian risotto, Caesar salad, and fries in every guise – all enjoyed in a sea view setting along Eastbourne’s Royal Parade.

Dinner at Port

Incorporating locally lauded ingredients, dinner with Guest Chef Loic Williams includes the likes of the finest Sussex steaks, grilled chicken breast, Sussex wagyu burger, lobster and prawn pasta, and fries four ways. Enjoy a sea view dinner at Port Eastbourne amongst award-winning interiors - the perfect place for celebrating with your crew, whatever the occasion.

Our coastal restaurant offers Sussex sourced meats, eggs and vegetables, fresh-from-the-harbour fish, regional cheeses, and award-winning English wines and spirits. The provenance of our food is within 30-miles thus supporting and celebrating Sussex’s local suppliers, who are some of the most inspiring artisan producers out there.
