Locally produced seasonal food with a focus on health, wellbeing, creativity and flavour. Inspired by the seasons, our no menu concept uses only the best produce, grown fresh, meaning they are always nutritionally beneficial to our bodies.

We are supporters of sustainability, zero wastage and most importantly - Food that is produced within a short distance of our restaurant in Leigh-on-Sea.

Our bespoke wines are produced within a short distance of our restaurant with minimal intervention, following the same natural ethos as our core values.
