Founder Matt Pearson turned to his wife Gabs in Summer 2020 after losing his job in the first COVID-19 lockdown and answering the very fair question “what are you going to do now?” he replied “I’m going to sell some chicken on Instagram!” and that’s where it all started. Before they knew it they had teamed up with Matt’s brother, Jamie, and begun to create Foxy Wings.
