About .Shiki

When I created our menu at Shiki, I felt the best way for our customers to enjoy their experience with us was to do OTSUMAMI (not too substantial but shareable dishes), where everyone can try a bit of everything. When I think back to my time in Japan, I often went to IZAKAYA with my friends. In these small, casual bars, we enjoyed sharing dishes, talking about the future and drinking beer and sake. I want our customers to find the same warmth, happiness and delicious food at Shiki. Our menu is designed for everyone, and I hope you find it as enjoyable as the memories that inspired it.
