Chef Louis has worked in various restaurants in the past 20 years, in many countries across the globe. Now, Louis and his family have made their home in the western country. Louis aims to bring authentic Keralan flavours to the southwest coast of England. These flavours have never been experienced in this region before. Chef Louis first started the white pepper at his home kitchen in Yeovil. Now he has an opportunity to open a restaurant takeaway in Weymouth, Dorset. His concept is to provide an authentic Kerala cuisine experience for the people of Weymouth.
