About Fourth Monkey Actor Training Company

We are an established actor training company, with a growing reputation for offering some of the most dynamic actor training in the country. Founded in 2010, Fourth Monkey strive to create actors and theatre makers who are trained, employable and industry ready in two years, so that they are prepared to learn, adapt and collaborate in a wide variety of professional environments. Our actors-in-training benefit from as much practical performance experience as possible, including productions and performance seasons that are open to the public and wider industry as well as internal sharing with their peers.

We believe in the power of the group dynamic and the ethos of “ensemble” and “play” in our training - we want to develop collaborative, open performers who are driven by a desire to create innovative work, rather than the individual spotlight!

Fourth Monkey are also a 100% audition fee free school - our auditions are free of charge, and we invite all those who apply to a single audition date at our London training base to ensure that the school and our training are as accessible as possible.
