    NUA, Thai for “spicy and mellow tastes”, is presented in a contemporary Thai vibe.  Our ethos follows our previous 3 Thai restaurants, which is to only use the authentically freshest and finest ingredients.  This is to make sure what goes into the dishes reflects the true origin of Thai tastes.

  The restaurant is inspired by the charming of “Thai food heritage”, which will be introduced to a trendy Fitzrovia area where tastes, design, and contemporary lifestyle are perfectly met.  Our casual-boutique dining offers memorable dining experience through a variety of dishes like Tom (boiled dishes), Yam (spicy salad), Yang (chargrills), Tod (deep-fry), Pad (stir-fry), and much more.  Hefty vegan dishes will also be offered for a health-conscious option.
