My name is Caroline Haylor, and I have a story to tell – a story of humble beginnings, of inspiration, dedication, a passion for creating great food made from the finest fresh ingredients. A story of success. Cooking is in my blood. It all began with Mum – my inspiration. It was she who inspired me from the start. All I ever wanted was to become a chef – but not any chef.
