Salkaara – derived from the word Salkaram in Malayalam which means hosting a guests or a feast or even just a hearty welcome. In line with its meaning , we at Salkaara have great pleasure in serving each and every one of our guests. At Salkaara we aim to take you on a gastronomical journey of various Indian flavours and Chef Santhosh’s mastery over the combination of such flavours.
