About Smash Cow

At Smash Cow our burgers are different to any other burger there is in Banbury. We hand roll all our patties, once the patty hits the hot grill we press the burgers directly on the heat to create a caramalised crust on the patty, we ensure our buns are toasted and our American cheese is melted to make the perfect burger! We pride ourselves on our ingredients, we use British grass-fed, rare breed beef - a blend of chuck, brisket and dry aged beef fat, making this burger the tastiest burger in town! You can find us at Lock 29 in Castle Quay with an array of other street food vendors.
