Head Chef Jake Perry heads up The Farrier's kitchen and embodies the new pedigree of chefs leading happy, hardworking and skilled kitchen teams across London.

Having overseen operations globally from Dubai to Dorset, he's no stranger catering to celebrities and creating exciting produce driven dishes which are a delight to eat.  

Here at The Farrier he focuses on modern rustic dining and hearty comfort classics made using seasonal ingredients and quality produce from the British Countryside and Sea. This Autumn he's also upgraded our Sunday Roasts to be even more indulgent than before, hailed by Time Out as one of London's best !
