So, where did it all start for Wild Garlic Event Catering? We guess you could say it’s in the blood. We’re a family run business headed up by brothers Paul and Kevin, with over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Our Grandad served in World War II as a chef, and worked in some of the finest eating establishments in Manchester, which includes The Midland Hotel. Born in Cyprus, his passion for using fresh ingredients and creating first-class food was inevitably passed onto Paul who has carried on his legacy, this coupled with Kevin's experience in event management and customer service creates a force to be reckoned with in the name of Wild Garlic Event Catering.
