A self-taught chef who later went on to gain experience in some of France and Scotland’s foremost restaurants, Jack brings together the lessons from a lifetime of exploration and discovery to share these with Argile’s guests.

Jack is aided by his small team of Scott, Ollie, Octavie and Oscar to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Thanks to Argile’s intimate size, it is the perfect venue for private hire or a takeover for up to eight guests.
