A superb country house retreat set in a 300-acre working farm amidst picturesque and tranquil countryside in the beautiful county of Monmouthshire.

The Celyn, which means ‘Holly’, boasts oak beams, traditional wood-burning stoves, and is a beautiful location from which to base your stay in this area.

All rooms have panoramic views of the Sugar Loaf Mountain and Gwryne Fawr River. We are set in a peaceful and relaxing area 4 miles south of Crickhowell and 5 miles north of Abergavenny. We are conveniently located for super walks, bike rides, and other tourist activities.
