Our Chefs
Our chefs have diverse culinary backgrounds, having been trained primarily in Southeast Asia. Their experience has ranged from hawker stalls in Malaysia, specialised Xiaochi restaurants in Taiwan to the Shangri-la Hotel in Singapore.
Given this diversity, our culinary philosophy is currently characterised by a commitment to curating authentic flavours; flavours which we feel will appeal to local tastes. In the kitchen, we honour this commitment by respecting traditional cooking techniques - the kind whose secrets are not readily revealed in recipe books.
