We are committed to sourcing our food sustainably and responsibly. We work with an array of local food suppliers and producers to achieve a sustainable balance between locally sourced ingredients and those that come from further afield. Within the structure of our menus we try to find space to incorporate an element that is foraged, this depends on seasonality and availability, we do this to highlight sustainable ways of incorporating wild food into a balanced diet.
