They have taken all of the best bits from Neapolitan Pizza by using the finest Italian ingredients and methods before introducing them to their sourdough starter – sourced from the famous Boudin Bakery in San Francisco, renowned for making the best sourdough on the planet.

Their Sourdough is handmade inhouse and double fermented for a minimum of 48hrs to generate maximum flavour.

This is not Neapolitan Pizza, this is not New York Pizza. This is Pizza Punks!
