Quince Restaurant is the first solo venture from David Mann, David has worked in some of the best hotel restaurants in the country, from Eastwell Manor, Langdon Court Hotel, Burgh Island and Boringdon Hall Hotel where he was part of the team to achieve 5 stars and 3 rosettes. he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning Treby Arms. He has now embarked on his first solo venture with Quince Restaurant, a casual, relaxed small plates restaurant in the heart of Plymouth. A great vibe and locally sourced menu and carefully curated wine menu await you at Quince.
