Our twin beds can also be converted into super twin double beds. We are situated directly opposite free all day public parking beside the park and lake.  We are within 100 metres of 2 local shops, 2 pubs, a Chinese takeaway and an Indian takeaway/restaurant. We are located approximately a kilometre away from The Mountbatten Water Taxi which takes you to the historic Barbican and Hoe.  Also within a kilometre there is The Mount Batten Water sports centre, Plymouth Yacht Haven Marina and Jennycliff cafe which over looks the picturesque Plymouth Sound.
