Stephen Higgins our Head Chef joined Cassidys Hotel in 2017 and his passion for food and high-quality plating could be seen from day one. In a couple of months, he managed not only to raise the standards of food quality but also managed to pass on that passion to other departments which later gave birth to Restaurant SIX.
