Try our Day Rover Tickets, an amazing steam train day out including 12 miles of stunning scenery and 7 unique stops packed with things to do. Including not just the steam train ride, but also our historic waiting rooms, picture perfect platforms and of course a gift shop. A perfect family day out!

Tickets are valid for All Day Travel on the date shown. Your ticket also allows a Complimentary visit to Bury Transport Museum 10am - 3pm on the same date (subject to opening days).

Make sure you check our Timetable for the first train of the day from your chosen board point. The time on your tickets will show the first departing train from Bury Bolton Street.

Ticketing Information

Please make sure you have a version of your ticket (printed OR on your handheld device) ready for inspection.

Advance discount fares are available for tickets purchased before midnight on the day prior to travel.

Discounted One Day Rover Family Packages are available for:
• 2 Adults and up to 3 Children (3-17 Yrs): £47 (Advance) / £60.50
• 1 Adult and 2 Children (3-17 Yrs): £34.50 (Advance) / £44.50
Select the number of tickets you need, and the discount will applied to the basket.

Day Rover Tickets are also available for the following, please ensure you bring the appropriate pass on the day of travel:

• ELRPS Member
• ATOC Members

Children under sixteen years of age are only permitted to enter the company’s trains, stations or other premises when accompanied by a responsible adult.
