GFFdamian studio is the best place in Manchester to get dancing lessons and exercise! We are a group of passionate people willing to share our passion with the people around us. Everyone should try our pole fitness, latino solo, salsa, dancehall, zumba and stretching classes.

GFFdamian attracts renowned teachers from across the UK and internationally, with a wealth of experience and teaching expertise. Many are working professionals in the dance and entertainment industry. In our classes, you will benefit from the same high standard of instruction whether you are a beginner, professional or in between.

​We are a membership club and there are many benefits to becoming a full member. We are open most days of the year from early to late, except bank holidays. All classes are run on a drop-in basis. Chec out our timetable to see which class you want to try first! We hold regular Masterclasses and Workshops taught by top dancers and choreographers, which are bookable in advance. We also arrange private parties and dance classes on request.
