Our Chef, Christine Liaw, was born and raised in Hakka family from Malaysia. Her passion and enthusiasm for serving delicious foos have brought her the idea of serving her homeland food The Hakka Chinese Cuisine to the people who reside in the UK. The Hakka Chinese food is taught by her father who is a Chef in Malaysia. This unique flavor of homemade dishes always makes her feel at home.
