About I Knead Pizza

We offer outdoor catering which specialises in Neapolitan style Wood Fired Pizza. We can usually be found at Street Food events, Pop-up Cinemas, Artisan Markets, Festivals. We are also available for hire for any private occasions such as Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries and Corporate events.

Our dough is made daily, each batch is proved for at least 48 hours to allow the fresh yeast to create a light dough with maximum flavour. It’s made with 00 flour, sea salt, water and fresh yeast. Each base is hand stretched and cooked in our wood fired oven which takes just under 2 minutes.
