The Crazy Lobsters

The Lobster Pot’s exciting new era truly kicked off in Summer 2024 with the arrival of Paul and Sean, affectionately known as ‘The Crazy Lobsters.’These two seasoned hoteliers, long-time colleagues and even longer-time friends, initially planned a four-month residency. However, Paul quickly found himself captivated by the unique magic of The Pot and knew he had to stay. While Sean has since ventured into his own thrilling new endeavour, their friendship continues to thrive, a testament to the strong bonds forged right here at The Pot.
