I'm here to help you find emotional health and peace of mind, whatever your life circumstances.  Sometimes life can be challenging, and it’s hard to cope.  Whether you need help with mental health symptoms, or want to focus on personal growth and fulfilment, I’d love to hear from you. I work with clients in my therapy room in Darlington, County Durham and across the United Kingdom working online by video, telephone, live chat and email. I work with individuals and couples.  I offer Psychotherapy including EMDR, couples counselling, and clinical supervision for psychotherapists and counsellors.  I am a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor, a Professional Standards Agency Accredited Register.
