Rebel is the story of a restaurant, born in lockdown. Originating as pop-up events and meal at home kits, we found our bricks and mortar home in 2022. After 6 months, we made our way into the coveted Michelin guide.
Our menu champions local produce, British wines and a sustainable ethos.
In 2023, we opened our second venue - ro. A concept late night space with curated cocktails and a brilliant wine list.
