About The Eastleigh

The Eastleigh offers visitors a warm, friendly and welcoming stay, ensuring comfort for all our guests. Situated adjacent to Skegness seafront and the pier, The Eastleigh is within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Nearby are the Embassy Theatre, the beach, Tower Gardens, Natureland, the aquarium, the bowling greens, seafront amusements, and the town centre with shops, bars and restaurants.

We provide top quality ‘room-only’ guest accommodation in comfortably furnished, individually decorated, well-equipped, spotlessly clean rooms. After considering feedback from our guests, we no longer offer breakfast or any other meals.

Many people’s preference is to have the freedom of choice to find breakfast themselves and to have it at a time of their own choosing, and some days guests just prefer a lie-in. We recognised this shift in requirements and decided to make The Eastleigh ‘room-only’, but with the very best rooms for the money. We hope you agree that we got it right!
