We offer only individualised Personal Training from a selective team of PTs with an extensive range of experience and skills. The gym offers seclusion to avoid the common distractions found in busy corporate gyms by allowing no more than 2-3 PT’s in attendance, which is less intimidating to some, providing our clients with the privacy they desire. No waiting around to use equipment, making a trip to the gym on a busy day, more enjoyable.
