Award-winning flamenco guitarist Daniel Martinez returns to The Playhouse in 2027 with the UK premiere of his brand-new album and production, Al Compas del Querer, a deeply personal and emotionally charged journey through the life of one of flamenco’s most celebrated touring artists.

Since 2023, the Daniel Martinez Flamenco Company has captivated sold-out audiences across the United Kingdom with three acclaimed productions. Daniel’s debut album, Art of Believing, received the prestigious Herald Angel Award at the Edinburgh International Festival, while his second production, Andalucia, earned widespread five-star reviews and established his reputation for creating unforgettable theatrical flamenco experiences. His third production, Art of Andalucia, toured extensively throughout 2025 to outstanding acclaim.
