Origionally a theatre built in 1900 that went through a few incarnations before becoming a music venue in 1977 (The Music Machine) and later became the Camden Palace.
2004 saw the venue undertake a multimillion-pound restoration, and this was the birth of KOKO, a state of the art music venue playing to a capacity of 1,410 people.
